Location

Whitby: surrounded by the North York Moors National Park, Whitby is a town by the North Sea; 15 minutes drive is Robin Hood’s Bay, 30 minutes is Scarborough and 1 hour drive away is the city of York.

Flat 19: in a prime location at 0.3 miles from Whitby Railway Station, the property is only 3 minutes walk from the beach and the harbour, 5 minutes walk from town town centre, and 7 minutes walk from the charming Pannet Park.

Supplies

Linen & towels: These are available at the property, we simply ask you to deposit them in the laundry basket before your departure.

Basic larder: There is a supply of basic products in the property: breakfast, snacks, drinks, cleaning products and toiletries. Feel free to use these but please restock before your departure.

Accommodation

Layout: Flat 19 comprises of a large studio-floor living space with a king size sofa-bed, an adjacent kitchen and sleeping area with a double sofa-bed and a bathroom.

Outdoors: There is a rather charming patio at the front of the property, ideal for a glass of wine in the evening or a strong coffee at sunrise!

Parking and access

Parking: There are 9 first-come-first parking spaces at the rear of the property. For more local parking information click here.

Front door: A metal stair located on East Terrace leads to Flat 19’s front patio and door; this is shared between three properties.

Rear door: There is a main access door from the car park leading to GF corridor; you can use the stairs or lift to go down to the basement floor, where Flat 19 is located.
